Overview
HZAOC GDJW-500E high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a equipment suitable for storing, transporting and using adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment, supporting temperature gradual change test and electronic components stress screening test. The box adopts an overall structure, with 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate on the inside and 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed on the outside. Glass insulation cotton and double-decked silicone rubber sealing door ensure efficient insulation.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire and lighting.
3. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, and supports full Chinese menu operation.
5. With multiple safety protection, including high voltage control, overvoltage, overload, phase loss, phase sequence error, overtemperature, power failure and other protection functions.
6. Support setting value and program operation, set 120 groups of programs, each group can take up to 99 steps, and can be connected to run in a loop.
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through heater and refrigeration system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the meter is controlled by solid-state relay to ensure smooth and reliable. The cooling capacity adjustment adopts shunt method, the temperature transducer is placed in the trend, and the air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return to maintain the temperature uniformity in the box. The control system adopts continuous PID control to support program operation and real-time monitoring to ensure test accuracy.

Steps
1. Set the test program in the controller, including parameters such as temperature range and running time.
2. Start the equipment and check whether the fan, heating and cooling systems are functioning properly.
3. Select the fixed value or program operation mode, and call the preset process Linear dispersion.
4. Monitor real-time data, including temperature, running time, etc.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment and record the data.
Notice
• Power frequency should be checked before operation to meet 380V +/- 10% requirement.
• Make sure the fan starts normally, otherwise the cooling and heating system will not operate.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, to prevent malfunctions.
• When using the test hole, make sure that the stopper sealing is good to maintain the insulation performance.
• Avoid long-term operation under extreme conditions of high or low temperature to prevent equipment overload.
• When the controller malfunctions, find the cause according to the fault number displayed on the LCD and deal with it in time.
