Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.

3. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
4. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller and Schneider electrical components, supports full Chinese menu operation, and displays a resolution of 0.01 ° C.
5. The operation mode includes setting value and program operation, the control mode is continuous PID control, the setting program 120 groups, each group up to 99 steps, can be connected to the loop.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument is controlled by solid-state relay; the cooling capacity adjustment adopts shunt method. The control system adopts continuous PID control, the temperature transducer is placed in the trend, and the air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return to ensure temperature uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation) on the controller, set the temperature range, program group and steps.
3. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the refrigeration unit and heating system are started after normal operation.
4. Monitor real-time data, including set temperature, measured temperature, running time, etc.
5. After the test is completed, stop the device according to the program and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Power frequency is stable at 380V +/- 10% when the equipment is running.
• Check whether the circulating fan is normal before starting to avoid the operation of the refrigeration unit and heating system when the fan is not started or overloaded.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, high voltage controls, etc., to ensure normal function.
• When the observation window is frosted, use the built-in heating wire function to avoid direct contact with high-temperature parts.
• In case of failure, refer to the fault number displayed by the controller to find the cause and deal with it in time.
When the equipment is not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply and keep the cabinet clean.
