HZAOC GDJS-150A High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features

Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air in the box through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts a cascade refrigeration cycle, and realizes low temperature control through a Compressor and an evaporative condenser. The heating and humidification systems generate heat and moisture through electric heaters and steam boilers respectively. Sensor signals are collected by High Accuracy Temperature and Humidity Controller, and PID control is carried out through actuators such as solid-state relays to achieve the set temperature and humidity. Linear dispersion of temperature and humidity is achieved. The air flow in the box adopts the upper air supply and lower air return mode to ensure a uniform environment.
