HZAOC GDJS-500A High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is stainless steel plate, the outer side is sprayed steel plate, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, which has good sealing performance.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in special heating wire anti-frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. Adopt the upper air supply and lower return air mode, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant.
7. The refrigeration system is equipped with high voltage control, overpressure, overload and other safety protection and monitoring devices.
8. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertness and long service life.
9. Adopt steam boiler electric heating and humidification method, with water level control and anti-dry burning device.
10. High Accuracy Digital Temperature and Humidity Controller for accurate and stable control.
11. The control system is equipped with multiple safety protections such as phase loss, phase sequence error, over-temperature power failure, and leakage.
12. Equipped with an independent over-temperature protector, it can still protect the safety of the equipment in the event of a main controller failure.
13. The electrical control system is equipped with interlocking devices to enhance safety.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the environment in the working room through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system realizes low temperature control through the Compressor, and the heating and humidification systems generate the required temperature and humidity through the electric heater and the steam boiler respectively. The High Accuracy Temperature and Humidity Controller receives the signal of the PT100 Sensor and adjusts the solid state relay through the PID control algorithm, so as to precisely control the output of heating, cooling and humidification, and realize the set temperature and humidity change Linear dispersion. The air supply system adopts the upper air supply and lower return air mode to ensure the uniform temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
Connect the power supply (380V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and time parameters through the buttons on the operation panel.
3. Start the equipment and the circulating fan starts to work.
4. The equipment will run automatically, heating, cooling, humidifying and other operations according to the set program.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running and the sample can be removed.
Notice
• Power supply voltage must be used under the specified equipment.
• Make sure that the circulating fan starts normally before starting, otherwise the heating and humidification system will not work.
• Pay attention to the water level control device to prevent the humidifier from dry burning.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently.
• Regularly check whether various safety protection devices (such as over-temperature protectors) are effective.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
