Features

Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air in the box through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers and fans in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts Compressor refrigeration, and the heating and humidification systems are realized by electric heaters and steam boilers respectively. The control system adjusts the output of heating, cooling and humidification through PID algorithm according to the temperature and humidity data fed back by the Sensor to achieve the set temperature and humidity environment, and adopts the upper air supply and lower air return mode to ensure the uniform temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
Connect the power supply (380V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required Temperature range (-30~ 150 ℃), Humidity range (30~ 98% RH) and timing time (0~ 999h) through the operation panel.
3. Start the equipment and the circulating fan starts to work.
4. The equipment automatically runs the cooling, heating or humidification program according to the setting to achieve and maintain the set temperature and humidity environment.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running and the sample is removed.

When starting, ensure that the circulating fan starts normally, otherwise the heating and humidification system will not work.
Pay attention to the water level control device to prevent the humidifier from dry burning.
During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of temperature and humidity.
