HZAOC GDJS-800B High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation layer is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with built-in special heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. Adopt the air supply method of upper air supply and lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, and adopts shunt method for refrigeration capacity adjustment.
7. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
8. Adopt steam boiler electric heating and humidification method, with water level control and heater anti-dry burning device.
9. The control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature and Humidity Controller, which does not drift for long-term operation, and is equipped with independent over-temperature protector and multiple safety protection measures.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air in the working room through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers and fans in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system is cooled by circulating refrigerant in the Compressor, and the heating and humidification systems are heated and humidified by electric heaters and electric heating humidifiers respectively. According to the temperature and humidity data fed back by the PT100 Sensor, the control system controls the actuators such as solid-state relays through the PID algorithm to precisely adjust the environmental conditions and realize the set temperature and humidity alternating program.
