HZAOC GDJS-50C High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, and can be used as an adaptability test equipment for storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with anti-frost built-in heating wire and lighting.

8. The control system is equipped with multiple safety protections such as phase loss, over-temperature, and leakage, as well as independent over-temperature protectors.
9. The electrical system is equipped with an interlock device to ensure that the heating and humidification system cannot be started when the fan is not started or overloaded.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air in the box through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier and fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts a cascade refrigeration cycle to achieve rapid cooling through the Compressor, condenser, evaporator and other components. The heating and humidification system is controlled by a solid state relay. The electric heater and the electric heating humidification pipe work respectively. The closed-loop PID adjustment is carried out by the High Accuracy temperature and humidity controller and the Sensor to realize the set temperature and humidity alternating program. The box adopts the air circulation mode of upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform temperature and humidity.
