Overview
HZAOC GDJS-150C High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, and can also be used for storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is sprayed Cold rolled steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass and is equipped with frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, and the system has multiple safety protections.
4. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has small thermal inertness and long life; the humidification adopts steam boiler electric heating method, and is equipped with water level control and anti-dry burning device.
5. High Accuracy Digital Temperature and Humidity Controller, accurate and stable control, long-term operation without drift.
6. The control system is equipped with independent over-temperature protectors, interlocking devices, and multiple safety protections such as phase loss, over-temperature, and leakage.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air in the box through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier and fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts a cascade refrigeration cycle, which realizes rapid cooling through components such as Compressor, condenser and evaporator; the heating and humidification system generates heat and humidity through the electric heater and steam boiler controlled by PID, and finally through the air circulation mode of upper air supply and lower air return, so that the studio can achieve and maintain the set temperature and humidity environment.

Steps
Connect the 380V +/- 10% power supply to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
2. Through the buttons on the operation panel, set the required Temperature range (-40~ 150 ℃), Humidity range (30~ 98% RH) and timing time (0~ 999 hours).
3. Put the sample to be tested into the studio in the box and close the sealing door.
4. Start the equipment, and the control system will automatically operate the cooling, heating, humidification, and fan systems to achieve and maintain the set conditions.
5. During the test, the sample status can be checked through the observation window and lighting.
6. After the test reaches the set time or is completed, stop the equipment according to the program and remove the sample.
Notice
• The equipment needs to be reliably grounded and ensure that the Power supply voltage is 380V +/- 10%.
• The installation site should be well ventilated and away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• When placing the sample, do not block the trend and return trend to ensure smooth air circulation.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of temperature and humidity and the life of the equipment.
• Regularly check the operating status of refrigerant, humidifier water level and various components.
• If there is a fault alarm (such as overtemperature, overload, etc.), it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and it can continue to be used after troubleshooting.
Before maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
