Overview
HZAOC GDJS-010D High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is stainless steel plate, the outer side is sprayed steel plate, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass and is equipped with frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, and the system has multiple safety protections.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia and long service life; the humidification adopts the electric heating method of a steam boiler, and is equipped with an anti-dry burning device.
5. The control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature and Humidity Controller, Sensor is PT100, and the control is stable and reliable.
6. The control system is equipped with multiple safety protections such as phase loss, over-temperature, and leakage, as well as independent over-temperature protectors.
7. The electrical control system is equipped with an interlock device to ensure that the heating and humidification system cannot be started when the fan is not started or overloaded.
Principle
The test chamber works together through the refrigeration system, the heating system and the humidification system to simulate and precisely control the temperature and humidity environment in the box. The refrigeration system adopts a Compressor refrigeration cycle, the heating system heats up through an electric heater, and the humidification system generates steam humidification through electric heating. The control system controls the operation of the refrigeration, heating, humidification and other executive components through PID adjustment according to the temperature and humidity data fed back by the PT100 Sensor, and realizes the set temperature and humidity change Linear dispersion.

Steps
Connect 380V +/- 10% power supply.
2. Set the required Temperature range (-60~ 150 ℃), Humidity range (30~ 98% RH), lifting temperature rate and timing time (0~ 999 hours) through the operation panel.
3. Put the sample into the inner box (size 1000 * 1000 * 1000mm) and close the box door.
4. Start the equipment, and the control system will automatically operate the cooling, heating, humidification, and circulating fans to achieve and maintain the set conditions.
5. During the test, the sample can be observed through the observation window and lighting.
6. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment stops running and the sample is taken out.
Notice
* The equipment needs to be operated by professionals to ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (380V +/- 10%).
Before running the equipment, check whether each safety protection device (e.g. over-temperature protector) is effective.
* When placing the sample, do not block the supply trend (upper air supply) and return trend (lower air return) to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
The water level of the humidification system should be kept within the specified range to prevent the heater from drying out.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the stability of temperature and humidity and the lifespan of the equipment.
* Regular maintenance checks the refrigerant, sealing strip and electrical components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
* When the fault indicator light is on, please check the fault according to the instructions or contact a professional, and do not force it to run.
