HZAOC GDJS-50E High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is stainless steel plate, the outer side is plastic sprayed steel plate, and the thermal insulation layer is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with built-in special heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. Adopt the air supply method of upper air supply and lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant.
7. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia and long service life.

9. The control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature and Humidity Controller, which does not drift for long-term operation.
10. The control system is equipped with a variety of safety protection measures, including phase loss, over-temperature, leakage, etc., and is equipped with an independent over-temperature protector.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air in the box through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier, fan and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts a cascade refrigeration cycle, which realizes rapid cooling through the Compressor, condenser, evaporator and other components. The heating and humidification systems generate heat and moisture through the electric heater and steam boiler controlled by PID respectively, and are driven by the fan to form an air circulation of the upper air supply and the lower air return, so that the temperature and humidity in the working room are evenly distributed and precisely controlled within the set range.
