HZAOC GDJS-150E High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass and is equipped with frost-proof heating wire and lighting.
3. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit, uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, and has high voltage control, overpressure, overload and other safety protection systems.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia and long service life; the humidification adopts the steam boiler electric heating method, and is equipped with a water level control and anti-dry burning device.
5. The control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature and Humidity Controller, Sensor is PT100, the control is stable and reliable, and it is equipped with multiple safety protections such as phase loss, over-temperature, leakage and independent over-temperature protectors.
6. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend to ensure the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air in the box through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier and fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts a cascade refrigeration cycle to achieve rapid cooling through components such as Compressor, condenser and evaporator; the heating and humidification systems are precisely adjusted by the PID controller through an electric heater and an electric heating humidifier to simulate the required high and low temperature alternating heat and humidity environment.
