HZAOC GDJS-010E High and Low Temperature Alternating Damping heat testing chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as storage, transportation and adaptability tests in high and low temperature environments.
Features

2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, which has good sealing performance.

5. Adopt French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, use R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, and the refrigeration system is equipped with a safety protection device.
6. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertness and long service life.
7. Adopt steam boiler electric heating and humidification method, with water level control and anti-dry burning device.

Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity of the air in the box through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers, fans and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts a cascade refrigeration cycle, which realizes rapid cooling through components such as Compressor, condenser, evaporator, etc. The heating and humidification systems generate heat and steam through electric heaters and electric heating and humidification boilers respectively. The High Accuracy temperature and humidity controller collects Sensor signals, and performs PID control through actuators such as solid state relays to realize the set temperature and humidity change Linear dispersion. The box adopts an air circulation method of upper air supply and lower air return to ensure the uniformity of temperature and humidity.

Steps
Connect the 380V +/- 10% power supply to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
2. Open the door of the test chamber and put the test product into the studio.
3. Close the door and ensure that the double-decked silicone rubber sealing strip is well sealed.
4. Operate on the control panel, set the required Temperature range (-70~ 150 ℃), Humidity range (30~ 98% RH), change rate and timing time (0~ 999 hours).
5. Start the equipment, the circulating fan starts running, and then the heating, cooling, and humidification systems start working according to the set program.
6. Observe the internal test situation through the observation window and lighting, and connect the external test line through the test hole.
7. After the test reaches the set time or is completed, the equipment stops running according to the program.
8. Remove the test sample and clean the inside of the equipment.
Notice
Equipment needs to be operated and maintained by professional personnel.
* Power supply voltage is 380V +/- 10%, and ensure good grounding.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature and humidity stability and test results.
* When placing the sample, it should not block out the trend and back to the trend to ensure uniform air circulation.
* Humidification water It is recommended to use purified water to prevent scale from affecting the humidifier's operation.
Regularly check whether the water level control device and heater anti-dry burning device are normal.
When the equipment malfunctions, the fault indicator light on the control panel will light up, and it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and then used after troubleshooting.
* The high voltage end of the refrigeration system is equipped with a monitoring instrument, and the pressure indication should be paid attention to during operation.
* When not in use for a long time, the main power supply should be disconnected, and the inside and outside of the equipment should be cleaned to keep drying.
