Overview
PCT high voltage accelerated aging box (model AK-PCT-350) is used to test the moisture resistance and sealing performance of semiconductor packaging, multi-layer circuit boards, photovoltaic modules, EVA, IC, LED, LCD, magnetic materials, polymer materials and other products. Products are tested under severe temperature, Humidity and pressure conditions to detect moisture penetration and product pressure resistance and airtightness.

Principle
The device provides and precisely controls a high temperature, high humidity (100% RH saturated vapor) and high voltage test environment by placing the product to be tested in a closed high voltage container. In this environment, moisture seeps into the product along the material interface (such as the interface between the colloid or the colloid and the lead frame), thereby accelerating the evaluation of its moisture resistance and sealing performance. The testing process maintains environmental uniformity through the natural convection cycle of water vapor.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested and place it in the equipment liner.
2. Close the box door to ensure that the integrated silicone door gasket is well sealed.
3. Set the required test temperature (e.g. 121 ° C or 132 ° C) through the LED digital temperature controller.
4. The equipment automatically starts running, automatically adds water and establishes a saturated vapor environment.
5. When the temperature in the pot reaches the set value, the LED digital Timer automatically starts timing.
6. During the test, the accurate pressure/temperature gauge continuously displays the status, and the water dispenser works automatically.
7. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment automatically runs and can be evaluated for follow-up.
Notice
* Equipment with multiple Safety protection, including temperature sensor detection protection, multi-stage high temperature and high voltage protection, door pressure limit, water tank water shortage alarm power failure, heater and humidifier protection and manual/automatic pressure relief protection, please ensure that these functions are normal when operating.
Before use, please confirm that the power supply is AC380V, 50/60Hz, and check the water supply system to ensure that the automatic water replenishment function is available.
The test pressure range is usually + 0.2 to 2.0kg/cm ² (3.0kg/cm ² is a special specification), please do not use it beyond the limit.
* When the equipment is running, do not force open the box door before the Safety protection device is operated.
* Regularly check the liner polished surface and silicone door gasket to ensure that it is in good condition to ensure air tightness.
