Principle
The equipment reduces the temperature of the refrigerant (-35 ° C antifreeze) through the refrigeration system, and drives the refrigerant in the domestic circulation of the specimen tank by the circulation pump, and periodically freezes and melts the concrete specimen soaked in it. The temperature measurement system monitors the center temperature of the specimen and the temperature of the refrigerant in real time. The Control system automatically controls the start and stop of the refrigeration and heating system according to the set temperature and time parameters, completes the freeze-thaw cycle process, and records the number of cycles.

Steps
1. Put the concrete specimen into the specimen barrel and inject the specified amount of -45 ° C antifreeze.
2. Turn on the power supply and start the device.
3. Set the required number of freeze-thaw cycles, the upper and lower limit alarm values of the center temperature of the test piece and other parameters in the computer Control system.
4. Start the freeze-thaw cycle program, and the device will automatically perform the freezing and thawing process.
5. Monitor the running process, and the device will automatically record and display the number of cycles completed.
6. After the test reaches the set number of times or meets the termination conditions, stop the equipment and remove the specimen for subsequent evaluation.
