Overview
Vacuum ovens are designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analyze and easy-to-oxidize substances, and can be filled with inert gases internally, especially for some complex items that can be dried quickly. They are widely used in the electronics and chemical industries.
Features
1. Microcomputer temperature controller with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
2. Cuboid studio to achieve maximum effective volume.
3. Tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors observe the objects in the studio at a glance.
4, the door closure elastic can be adjusted, the overall shape of the silicone rubber sealing ring, to ensure that the box high Vacuum Level.
5. The studio is made of stainless steel to ensure the durability of the product.
Principle
Vacuum to reduce the pressure in the box, thereby reducing the boiling point of water, so that the material at a lower temperature rapid drying, and can be filled with inert gas to protect the heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances.
Applications
Electronics, chemical industry
Steps
1. Place the sample and close the box door.
2. Adjust the tightness of the door closure.
3. Set the temperature, time, and other parameters of the microcomputer temperature controller.
4. Start the equipment for vacuuming and heating drying.
5. After drying, release the vacuum and take out the sample according to the specified procedure.
Notice
• Ensure that the door sealing ring is intact to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
• Power supply voltage is checked before operation (220V 50HZ).
• When drying heat-sensitive substances, it can be filled with inert gas for protection.
• Do not use above the rated temperature (250 ° C).
• Regular maintenance to ensure equipment performance.
