Overview
Vacuum ovens are designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analyze and easy-to-oxidize substances, and can be filled with inert gases internally, especially for some complex items that can be dried quickly. They are widely used in the electronics and chemical industries.
Features
1. Digital display, microcomputer control
2. With timing function (1~ 9999 minutes)
3. Each Shelf Independent Temperature Control
4. Stainless steel liner
5. double-decked tempered bulletproof glass door
6. Capable of filling the interior with inert gas
7. With direct Vacuumpump and vacuum solenoid valve
Principle
Vacuumpump extracts the air in the working room, reduces the pressure to Vacuum Level < 133Pa, and precisely adjusts the temperature to the set range (RT + 10~ 250 ℃) through the microcomputer control system, and can be filled with inert gas as needed to achieve rapid drying of heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances.
Applications
Electronics, chemical industry
Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Close the double-decked tempered bulletproof glass door
3. Set microcomputer control parameters (temperature, timing time, etc.)
4. Start Vacuumpump to extract air to Vacuum Level < 133Pa
5. Fill with inert gas as required
6. Wait for the drying to complete, and automatically stop after the timing is over
STEP 7 Remove items
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V 50HZ before use
• Temperature Fluctuation at No Load +/- 1 ℃
• Timer Range is set from 1 to 9999 minutes
• Inner chamber material is stainless steel, avoid the use of corrosive substances
• Double-decked tempered bulletproof glass door needs to be closed lightly
• Pay attention to safe operation when filling with inert gas
• Regularly check the status of Vacuumpump and vacuum solenoid valve
