Overview
Vacuum ovens are designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analyze and easy-to-oxidize substances, and can be filled with inert gases internally, especially for some complex items that can be dried quickly. They are widely used in the electronics and chemical industries.
Features
1. Digital display, microcomputer control
2. With timing function (1~ 9999 minutes)
3. Each Shelf Independent Temperature Control
4. Stainless steel liner
5. double-decked tempered bulletproof glass door
6. Capable of filling the interior with inert gas
7. With direct Vacuumpump and vacuum solenoid valve
Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the box by vacuuming, reduces the oxygen content, and fills the interior with inert gas to provide an oxygen-free drying environment for heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances to achieve rapid drying.
Applications
Electronics, chemical industry
Steps
Step 1 Place items in the studio
2. Close the double-decked tempered bulletproof glass door
3. Set microcomputer control parameters (temperature, timing)
4. Start Vacuumpump
5. Fill with inert gas when required
Step 6 Start the drying process
7. Take out the item after the timing is over
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V 50HZ before use
• Temperature Fluctuation at No Load +/- 1 ℃
• Vacuum Level < 133Pa
• Regularly check the working status of Vacuumpump and solenoid valve
• Avoid over-temperature use (up to 250 ° C)
• Release the vacuum after drying and then open the door
