Overview
HZAOC SO2-150 SO2 corrosion test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate the corrosion environment of high concentration sulfur dioxide. It is suitable for corrosion gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products to evaluate their corrosion resistance performance.
Features
1. The box adopts 8mm thick PVC reinforced rigid plastic plate shell and liner, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
2. The box door adopts 8mm tempered Glass, which is easy to observe, and is equipped with foam silicone sealing strip to prevent gas leakage.
3, the heating system uses titanium alloy heating tube, corrosion resistance, rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution.
4. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, with power-off memory function.
5. Sensor adopts corrosion resistant 316 material PT100 test Sensor.
6. The concentration of sulfur dioxide is accurately measured and controlled by the Glass Rotor Flow rate meter (anti-corrosion type), with high measurement accuracy and wide range.
7. Equipped with a complete protection system, including over-temperature, low water level, overload, and other fault alarms and automatic shutdown protection.
8, the exhaust gas is discharged after the alkali solution is filtrated to reduce environment pollution.
Principle
The test chamber provides high purity sulfur dioxide gas through cylinders. Gas flow rate is precisely controlled by an anticorrosive Glass Rotor Flow rate meter to adjust the gas concentration in the box. The temperature in the box is achieved by heating the air with a titanium alloy heating tube, and is precisely controlled and monitored by a High Accuracy Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor. The exhaust gas produced by the test is neutralized by the alkali solution and discharged.

Steps
1. Connect and check the sulfur dioxide cylinder (required) and airway.
2. Set the temperature controller to the required test temperature.
3. Flow rate meter to adjust the flow rate of sulfur dioxide to the set concentration (such as 667PPM).
4. Set the time relay to control the test duration.
5. Start the equipment, start the test, and observe the sample status.
6, after the test, the equipment automatically or manually start the waste system, the exhaust gas after the lye filtrate discharged.
Notice
Sulfur dioxide cylinders need to be brought by the user to ensure the safety of the connection.
* Check the sealing before the equipment runs to prevent gas leakage.
* Regularly check the lye filtrating device to ensure effective waste gas treatment.
