Overview
HZAOC SO2-250 SO2 corrosion test chamber is a special corrosion gas test equipment for parts, electronic components, metal material protective layer and industrial products. The equipment is made of corrosion-resistant materials and has precise sulfur dioxide concentration control and temperature regulation functions to ensure test reliability and repeatability.

Principle
The test chamber generates sulfur dioxide gas by the cylinder method, and uses a Glass rotor flowmeter to precisely control the gas flow, and the concentration range is adjustable. The heating system adopts liner air heating, which is quickly and evenly heated by a titanium alloy heating tube. The control system monitors the temperature through the corrosion resistance Sensor, and the time relay sets the test duration. The exhaust gas is discharged through compressed air and the alkali is filtrated.

Steps
1. Connect the sulfur dioxide cylinder and check the sealing property; 2. Adjust the sulfur dioxide concentration to the required range through the flow meter; 3. Set the temperature controller and target temperature; 4. Set the time relay to control the test duration; 5. Start the equipment to start the test; 6. After the test, the exhaust gas is treated through the compressed air waste system.

* Ensure that the cylinder is self-equipped and the gas purity is 99.99% before use; * Regularly check the sealing strip of the box to prevent gas leakage; * Avoid over-temperature operation, pay attention to the alarm of the equipment protection system; * Waste gas treatment needs to ensure that the alkali solution is effective to prevent environment pollution; * Wear protective equipment during operation to avoid direct contact with corrosive gases.
