Overview
HZAOC SO2-300 SO2 corrosion test chamber is suitable for corrosive gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products. The equipment is made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials and is equipped with precise control systems and safety protection devices.

Principle
The gas concentration is controlled by a sulfur dioxide flowmeter with a range of 30-300ml/min, and the instantaneous flow is accurately measured by a Glass rotator flowmeter. The gas concentration is controlled by a Measurement cartridge buoy, the airway is connected by a corrosion-resistant silicone tube, and the waste is discharged by compressed air. The heating system adopts liner air heating to ensure uniform temperature distribution.

Steps
1. Connect the sulfur dioxide cylinder (need to be equipped by yourself)
2. Set the required temperature parameters
3, adjust the concentration of sulfur dioxide to the required range
4. Set the test time
5. Start the test program
6. Exhaust gas treatment after the test is completed
Notice
• Sulfur dioxide cylinders need to be brought by the user
• Make sure the equipment is well sealed before use to prevent gas leakage
• Regularly check the sealing strips and connecting pipes
• Exhaust gas must be filtrated with alkali solution before discharge
• Equipment should be well ventilated when running
• When there is a fault alarm, stop using it immediately and check the cause
