Overview
HZAOC SO2-600 SO2 corrosion test chamber is a equipment for high concentration sulfur dioxide corrosion test. This product is suitable for corrosion gas test of parts, electronic components, metal materials and industrial products.
Features
1. The box is made of corrosion-resistant material: the shell and liner are made of 8mm thick PVC board, and the box door is made of 8mm tempered Glass, which has good sealing performance.
2. Precise concentration and temperature control: Sulfur dioxide concentration is controlled by anticorrosive Glass Rotor Flow rate meter, and the temperature is controlled by High Accuracy digital temperature controller and titanium alloy heating tube, which is precise and evenly distributed.
3. Perfect safety and environmental protection system: It has multiple fault alarm and automatic protection functions such as over-temperature, low water level, overload, etc.; the exhaust gas is discharged after being filtrated by alkali solution, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
4. Intelligent Control system: with power-off memory function, the remaining test can be continued after power-back; the time relay can be adjusted in a wide range (1s~ 999h, m, s).
Principle
The device provides high-purity sulfur dioxide gas through cylinders, and the gas is introduced into the test chamber through corrosion-resistant silica gel airways. The sulfur dioxide concentration in the box is accurately measured and controlled by a Glass Rotor Flow rate meter. The test chamber uses an air-type Heating mode, which heats the air in the box through a titanium alloy heating tube to simulate the required corrosion Ambient Temperature. After the test, the exhaust gas is driven by compressed air and discharged after being filtrated by an alkali solution.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it in the studio.
2. Connect and open the sulfur dioxide cylinder (required).
3. Control system to set the required test temperature, sulfur dioxide concentration and test time.
4. Start the equipment and start the corrosion test.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the tempered Glass door.
6, after the test, the equipment automatically or manually start the waste system, the exhaust gas after the lye filtrate discharged.
7. Remove the specimen and conduct a follow-up evaluation.
Notice
* Sulfur dioxide cylinders need to be brought by the user.
Before running the equipment, ensure that all protection functions are normal, especially the exhaust gas treatment system.
When operating, please pay attention to whether the gas pipeline connection is firm to prevent leakage.
* Regularly check the alkali solution filtrating device to ensure that it effectively treats waste gas.
* The device has a power-off memory function. Please confirm the test status after power-back.
* Please pay attention to the corrosion-resistant materials used in the equipment when maintaining, and avoid using incompatible cleaners or tools.
