Overview
HZAOC SO2-750 SO2 corrosion test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate the corrosion environment of high concentration sulfur dioxide. This product is suitable for corrosion gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products to evaluate their corrosion resistance performance.
Features
1. The box adopts 8mm thick PVC reinforced rigid plastic plate shell and liner, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
2. The box door adopts 8mm tempered Glass, which is easy to observe, and is equipped with foam silicone sealing strip to prevent gas leakage.

Principle
The device simulates a specific corrosion environment by introducing high-purity sulfur dioxide gas into a closed test chamber and heating the air in the box with a titanium alloy heating tube. The concentration of sulfur dioxide is precisely controlled and measured by an anticorrosive Glass Rotor Flow rate meter. Humidity is produced by natural evaporation in the box during the test, which works with sulfur dioxide gas on the sample to complete the corrosion test. After the test, the exhaust gas is neutralized and filtrated through the alkali solution and safely discharged.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it in the studio.
2. Connect and check your own sulfur dioxide cylinders.
3. Control system to set the required test temperature, time and sulfur dioxide concentration parameters.
4. Start the equipment, the heating system works, and at the same time control the sulfur dioxide gas into the box through the Flow rate meter.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the tempered Glass door.
6. After the test time is reached, the equipment stops gas supply and heating.
7, start the waste system, the use of compressed air will be discharged after the alkali solution filtrate.
8. Remove the specimen and evaluate the results.
Notice
Sulfur dioxide cylinders need to be brought by the user and ensure that the gas purity is 99.99%.
* Before the equipment runs, check whether the sealing strip is in good condition to prevent gas leakage.
During operation, ensure that the exhaust gas treatment system is working properly to avoid direct emission of exhaust gas.
The equipment has a variety of protection functions. When an alarm occurs, the cause should be identified and the fault should be eliminated before use.
* Regularly check the alkali solution filtrating device to ensure that it effectively neutralizes the exhaust gas.
* Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify the equipment Control system and air circuit parts.
