Overview
HZAOC SO2-900 SO2 corrosion test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate the corrosion environment of high concentration sulfur dioxide. It is suitable for corrosion gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products to evaluate their corrosion resistance performance.
Features
1. The box is made of corrosion-resistant material: the shell and liner are made of 8mm thick PVC plastic plate, the box door is 8mm tempered Glass, and the sealing is made of foamed silicone strip to effectively prevent gas leakage.
2. Precise temperature control system: High Accuracy digital temperature controller and corrosion-resistant titanium alloy heating tube are used for accurate and stable temperature control, fast heating and uniform temperature distribution.
3. Reliable sulfur dioxide concentration control: Measurement Gas flow rate accurately through anticorrosive Glass Rotor Flow rate meter, concentration controlled by Measurement tube buoy, airway using corrosion resistant silicone tube.
4, Perfect Safety protection system: with over temperature, low water level, overload, fan overheating, leakage and other multiple fault alarm and automatic shutdown protection functions.
5, environmental protection exhaust design: the exhaust gas is discharged after the alkali solution is filtrated to reduce the pollution to the environment.
6. Intelligent Control system: The controller has a power-off memory function, and can continue to test after recharging. The time setting range is wide (1s~ 999h, m, s adjustable).
Principle
Flow rate meters are used to precisely control the concentration of sulfur dioxide in a sealed test chamber. Heating mode is used in the chamber to maintain the Ambient Temperature within the set range. Humidity conditions are set, the sample is exposed to sulfur dioxide corrosion atmosphere to simulate the harsh corrosion environment. After the test, the exhaust gas is neutralized with alkali and then emptied.
Applications
Parts, electronic components, protective layer of metal materials, corrosion gas test of industrial products
Standards
GB/T2423.33-2005、DIN 50018、GB/T9789-88、GB5135.1-2003、GB5135.3-2003
Steps
1. Put the sample to be tested into the test chamber.
2. Close the box door and ensure good sealing.
3. Control system to set the required test temperature, time and sulfur dioxide concentration parameters.
4. Connect the sulfur dioxide cylinder (need to be equipped), pass the Flow rate adjustment section and pass the gas.
5. Start the equipment and start the test.
6. Glass doors can be used to observe the sample status during the test.
7. The test stops automatically after reaching the set time, and the exhaust gas is discharged after treatment.
8. Take out the sample for follow-up evaluation.
Notice
Sulfur dioxide cylinders need to be brought by the user and ensure that the gas purity is 99.99%.
* The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place and ensure that the waste pipe is connected correctly.
Please check whether the water level, power supply and connection parts are normal before operation.
Do not open the door frequently during the test to avoid affecting the test conditions and causing gas leakage.
When the equipment malfunctions, it should be troubleshooted before operation.
* Regularly check the lye filtrating device to ensure that it effectively neutralizes the exhaust gas.
During maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
