Overview
HZAOC LSO2-300 SO2 corrosion test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate the corrosion environment of sulfur dioxide. This product is suitable for corrosion gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products to evaluate their corrosion resistance performance.

1. The box is made of corrosion-resistant materials: the shell and liner are made of 8mm thick PVC plate, and the box door is 8mm tempered Glass, which has good sealing performance and prevents gas leakage.

Principle
The test chamber provides high purity (99.99%) sulfur dioxide gas by cylinder method. Gas flow rate is precisely controlled by anticorrosive Glass Rotor Flow rate meter to adjust the gas concentration in the box. The box environment is maintained by titanium alloy heating pipe and humidification system to maintain the set temperature (such as 25 ℃ +/- 2 ℃ or 40 ℃ +/- 2 ℃) and Humidity (93 +/- 2% R. H), thus creating stable sulfur dioxide corrosion test conditions in a closed PVC liner. After the test, the exhaust gas is driven by compressed air and is safely discharged after being absorbed by alkali solution.

Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio (size 600 * 550 * 900mm).
2. Through the touch setting interface, set the required test temperature, Humidity, sulfur dioxide concentration (10~ 30ppm adjustable) and test time (0~ 999 H, M, S adjustable).
3. Start the equipment, the system automatically controls the sulfur dioxide Gas flow rate, Temperature Humidity to reach the set value, and starts timing.
4. During the test, the sample condition can be observed through the tempered Glass door.
5. The test stops automatically after reaching the set time, or it can be stopped manually through a time relay.
6, start the waste system, the use of compressed air to the exhaust gas after the alkali solution filtrate discharged.
Notice
• The power supply of the equipment is 380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system, and the installed capacity is 5.0KVA. It is necessary to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• Check the integrity of the sealing strip (foamed silicone) before use to prevent gas leakage.
• Sulfur dioxide is a corrosion gas, so pay attention to safety when operating cylinders and connecting airways (corrosion-resistant silicone tubes).
• Regularly check the effectiveness of the alkali solution filtrating device to ensure complete waste gas treatment.
• During the operation of the equipment, please pay attention to the alarm indications such as overtemperature and low water level. The equipment will automatically protect and shut down when it fails.
• During maintenance, do not use corrosion cleaners to wipe the surface of the PVC box.
