HZAOC LSO2-900 SO2 corrosion test chamber is suitable for corrosion gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products. The equipment is made of corrosion resistant materials and has precise temperature, Humidity and sulfur dioxide concentration control capabilities.
Features
1. The box is made of 8mm thick PVC reinforced rigid plastic plate, which is resistant to aging, corrosion and easy to clean.
2. The box door adopts 8mm tempered Glass, which is easy to observe, and is equipped with foam silicone sealing strip to prevent gas leakage.
3, the heating system uses titanium alloy heating tube, corrosion resistance, rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution.
4. The temperature controller adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, which has accurate and stable control and power-off memory function.
5. Sensor adopts corrosion resistant 316 material PT100 test Sensor.
6. Sulfur dioxide concentration is controlled by Glass Rotor Flow rate meter (anti-corrosion type), Measurement accuracy is high, wide range and pressure loss is small.
7. Equipped with a complete protection system, including over-temperature, low water level, overload, fan overheating, leakage and other fault alarms and automatic shutdown protection.

Principle
Humidity environment is set in the sealed box by liner air Heating mode and High Accuracy Temperature Control System. Measurement of sulfur dioxide gas is introduced into the box by anticorrosive Glass Rotor Flow rate meter, and its concentration is controlled by measuring buoy. After the test, the exhaust gas is driven by compressed air and discharged after being infiltrated by alkali solution.

Steps
1. Place the specimen in the studio.
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity and test time.
3. Flow rate of sulfur dioxide is set and introduced into the required concentration of gas.
4. Start the equipment and start the test.
5. During the test, the sample condition can be observed through the tempered Glass door.
6, after the test, the system automatically or manually start the waste system, the exhaust gas after the lye filtrate discharged.

Equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated environment.
