Overview
HZAOC QL-50 ozone aging test chamber is used for checking aging test of Non-metallic materials and Rubber in a closed environment with certain ozone concentration and thermostatic. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel plate, and the outer tank is sprayed with A3 steel plate. Appearance and texture are good and cleanliness is high.
2. Adopt true color LCD Touchscreen controller, full Chinese menu operation, minimum Display resolution temperature 0.1 ℃, Humidity 0.1%, ozone concentration 0.1pphm.
3. Adopt independent ozone concentration controller and Sensor, long-term stability without drift.
4. Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating electric heater, high temperature independent system, does not affect the Miscellaneous test.
5. External boiler steam humidifier, equipped with automatic water level compensation and water shortage alarm system.
6. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed French Taikang Compressor, an environmentally friendly refrigerant, and the system pipeline is tested for 48 hours after ventilation and pressure.
7. With a variety of operation and Control modes, including fixed value/program operation, continuous PID control, and information port can be connected to the computer.
8. The controller is powerful, capable of displaying running data in real time, setting program names, and featuring a fault number display and a variety of alarm functions.
Principle
The test chamber generates a set concentration of ozone through an ozone generator, exposing the sample to it in a closed studio environment with constant temperature and humidity. The test conditions are precisely maintained through an independent Humidity Control system and an ozone concentration Control system, simulating the aging process of the material in an ozone environment to evaluate its ozone resistance checking performance.

Steps
1. Install the specimen on the included manual tensile fixture and set it to static tensile state.
2. Set the required parameters such as temperature, Humidity, ozone concentration and test time through the 7-inch true color LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Select the running mode (set value or program running) and start the device.
4. During the operation of the equipment, the controller can monitor the temperature, Humidity, ozone concentration, running time and other data in real time.
5. The test will automatically stop after reaching the set time, or interrupt the operation as required.
Notice
* Power supply voltage of the device is AC380V, please make sure the power supply matches.
When the humidification system is short of water, it will alarm and need to be dealt with in time.
* Please check the sealing of the pipeline such as the refrigeration system before operation.
When a fault occurs, please check the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
The specimen installation should ensure that the tensile state meets the requirements.
The device has a power-off recovery function, and the program execution mode after power-off can be set as needed.
