Overview
HZAOC QL-100 ozone aging test chamber is used for checking aging test of Non-metallic materials and Rubber exposed to certain ozone concentration and thermostatic conditions in a closed environment. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.

Principle
The ozone aging test chamber generates high voltage silent discharge tubular ozone through the ozone generator, maintains the set ozone concentration and thermostatic conditions in a closed environment, and exposes Non-metallic materials and Rubber to it for aging test. The control system uses PID algorithm to precisely adjust the temperature, humidity and ozone concentration to ensure the stability of the test environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC380V and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set temperature, humidity, ozone concentration and time parameters through 7-inch true color LCD Touchscreen controller
3. Select the running mode (fixed value or program running), and write the program name
4. Place the specimen in the studio (size 400 * 500 * 500mm) and use a manual stretching fixture for static stretching
5. Start the equipment and monitor real-time data including temperature, humidity, ozone concentration and running time
6. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the sample for analysis
Notice
* Power frequency is AC380V before use to avoid voltage mismatch
* During operation, pay attention to the studio temperature range RT + 10~ 80 ℃, humidity range ≤ 65% R.H to prevent exceeding the limit
* The humidification system needs to check the water level regularly to avoid alarm or damage due to water shortage
* The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly refrigerants, and regularly checks the pipeline sealing
* Ensure the static tensile state when the sample is placed, and use the included fixture to fix it
* When the fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller, and do not disassemble it by yourself.
