Overview
HZAOC QL-150 ozone aging test chamber is used for checking aging test of Non-metallic materials and Rubber in a closed environment with certain ozone concentration and thermostatic. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel plate, and the outer tank is sprayed with A3 steel plate. Appearance and texture are good and cleanliness is high
2. Temperature and humidity control system using true color LCD Touchscreen controller and Schneider, Honeywell electrical components
3. The controller adopts full Chinese menu operation mode, minimum display resolution temperature 0.1 ℃, humidity 0.1%, ozone concentration 0.1pphm
4. The operation mode supports fixed value and program operation, and the control mode is continuous PID control
5. It has an information port to connect to the computer and support power-off recovery settings
6. Real-time display of program running time, number of segments, remaining time, number of repeabilities and test data

Principle
The ozone aging test chamber generates high voltage silent discharge tubular ozone through an ozone generator, and conducts aging tests on Non-metallic materials and Rubber in a closed thermostatic environment. The control system adopts continuous PID control mode, and real-time monitoring of environment parameters through temperature and humidity Sensor and ozone concentration Sensor to realize High Accuracy Temperature Control Moisture Control and Ozone Concentration Control.

Steps
1. Connect power supply AC380V
2. Set test parameters through 7-inch true color LCD Touchscreen controller
3. Select a fixed value or program operation mode
4. Set the temperature range RT + 10~ 80 ℃, humidity range ≤ 65% R.H, ozone concentration range 10~ 1000pphm
5. Set the time range from 0 to 999H
6. Place the sample on the sample rack, and the static tensile state can be selected
7. Start the test and monitor the real-time data
8. Turn off the equipment after the test is completed
Notice
• Power frequency is AC380V before running
• The humidification system needs to check the water level regularly to avoid water shortage operation
• Ozone concentration deviation control within the range of ≤ 10%
• The sample rack speed is maintained at 1~ 2rpm, and the gas flow rate is 8~ 16mm/s.
• Install the specimen correctly when using the included manual stretching fixture
• When a fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller
• Regularly check the sealing of the refrigeration system pipeline
• Pay attention to observe the temperature and humidity uniformity index during the operation of the equipment
