Overview
HZAOC QL-225 ozone aging test chamber is used for checking aging test of Non-metallic materials and Rubber in a closed environment with certain ozone concentration and thermostatic. The box is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel plate, and the outer tank is sprayed with A3 steel plate. Appearance and texture are good and cleanliness is high.
2. Adopt true color LCD Touchscreen controller, full Chinese menu operation, minimum Display resolution temperature 0.1 ℃, Humidity 0.1%, ozone concentration 0.1pphm.
3. Control system uses Schneider, Honeywell and other brand electrical components, operation mode includes fixed value and program operation, Control mode is continuous PID control.
4. Equipped with an information port to connect to the computer and support power-off recovery setting function.
5. Real-time display of program running time, number of segments, remaining time, number of repeabilities and test data, and program names can be written for easy search.
6. When the fault occurs, the controller LCD Touchscreen displays the fault number, which is convenient for users to find the cause and has a variety of alarm function options.
7. Using independent ozone concentration controller and Sensor, long-term stability without drift.
8. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating electric heater, and the high temperature is completely independent system.
9. The humidification system adopts an external boiler steam humidifier with automatic water level compensation and water shortage alarm functions.
10. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed French Taikang Compressor, single machine refrigeration, forced Air-Cooled chilling down, and environmentally friendly refrigerants are used.
11. The system pipelines are all tested for ventilation and pressure 48H leak picking, and the heating and cooling systems are completely independent.
Principle
The test chamber generates a set concentration of ozone through an ozone generator, exposing the specimen to it in a closed studio environment with constant temperature and humidity. The Control system precisely adjusts temperature, Humidity and ozone concentration to simulate the aging conditions of the material in an ozone environment to evaluate its ozone resistance checking performance.

Steps
1. Install the specimen in the sample holder (static stretching can be done using the included manual stretching fixture).
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity, ozone concentration, time and other test parameters through the true color LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Select the operation mode (set value or program operation) and start the test.
4. During the test, the test data and operating status can be monitored in real time through the controller.
5. The test will automatically stop after reaching the set time, or interrupt the operation as required.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is AC380V, please make sure the power supply matches.
• The humidifier water tank needs to ensure the water volume, and pay attention to the water shortage alarm prompt.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the Stability of the test conditions.
• Regularly check the refrigeration system and pipeline sealing.
• In the event of a failure, please find the cause or contact a professional according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
The specimen should be firmly installed to ensure that the static tensile state meets the test requirements.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment and kept clean.
