Overview
HZAOC QL-500 ozone aging test chamber is used for checking aging test of Non-metallic materials and Rubber in a closed environment with certain ozone concentration and thermostatic. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and generous in shape, has no reaction door handle, and is easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel plate, and the outer tank of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
2. Temperature and humidity control system using true color LCD Touchscreen controller and Schneider, Honeywell electrical components constitute an electrical control system.
3. The controller adopts full Chinese menu operation mode, the minimum display resolution temperature (0.1 ℃), humidity (0.1%), ozone concentration (0.1pphm).
4. Using ozone concentration controller and Sensor, long-term stability does not drift.
5. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating electric heater, and the high temperature is completely independent system, which does not affect the low temperature test, high temperature test and alternating heat and humidity.
6. The humidification system adopts an external boiler steam humidifier, automatic water level compensation, and a water shortage alarm system.
7. The refrigeration system adopts fully enclosed French Taikang Compressor, environmentally friendly refrigerant, and the system pipelines are tested for ventilation and pressure 48H to pick up leaks.
Principle
The ozone aging test chamber generates high voltage silent discharge tubular ozone through an ozone generator to control ozone concentration, temperature and humidity in a closed environment and simulate the aging process of materials in an ozone environment. The control system uses continuous PID control to achieve High Accuracy Temperature and Humidity and ozone concentration adjustment, and ensures test uniformity through sample rack swirl/spin and gas flow.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC380V and turn on the device.
2. Set temperature, humidity, ozone concentration and time parameters through 7-inch true color LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Secure the specimen to the specimen rack using a manual tensile fixture.
4. Start the program and monitor real-time data.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the sample.
Notice
• Power frequency meets AC380V requirements before equipment operation.
• The humidification system needs to check the water level regularly to avoid running short of water.
• Ozone concentration deviation is controlled within ≤ 10%.
• The state of the sample is static tensile, and a free fixture is used to ensure safety.
• When a fault occurs, find the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
• Regularly check the refrigeration system piping to ensure there are no leaks.
