Overview
HZAOC QL-800 ozone aging test chamber is used for checking aging test of Non-metallic materials and Rubber in closed and containing certain ozone concentration and thermostatic environment. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel plate, and the outer tank is sprayed with A3 steel plate. Appearance and texture are good and cleanliness is high.
2. Adopt true color LCD Touchscreen controller, full Chinese menu operation, minimum Display resolution temperature 0.1 ℃, Humidity 0.1%, ozone concentration 0.1pphm.
3. Control system uses electrical components such as Schneider and Honeywell, and has various functions such as continuous PID control, program operation, power failure recovery setting, and information port connection.
4. Using independent ozone concentration controller and Sensor, long-term stability without drift.
5. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating electric heater, and the high temperature independent system does not affect the Miscellaneous test.
6. The humidification system adopts an external boiler steam humidifier, which has the functions of automatic water level compensation and water shortage alarm.
7. The refrigeration system adopts fully enclosed French Taikang Compressor, single machine refrigeration, forced Air-Cooled chill down, and environmentally friendly refrigerant is used.
8. With a variety of alarm function options, such as absolute value alarm, deviation alarm, etc., the fault number can be displayed when the fault is convenient for troubleshooting.
Principle
The test chamber generates a set concentration of ozone through an ozone generator, exposing the specimen to it in a closed studio environment of constant temperature and humidity. The Control system precisely regulates the temperature, Humidity and ozone concentration, simulating the aging conditions of the material in the ozone environment to evaluate its ozone resistance Checking performance. The specimen can be in a static tensile state (with a manual tensile fixture), and the specimen rack can be swirled/spun at low speed to ensure uniform exposure.

Steps
1. Install the specimen on the included manual stretching fixture and place it on the test chamber rack.
2. Set the required parameters such as temperature, Humidity, ozone concentration and test time through the 7-inch true color LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Start the equipment, the ozone generator works, and the system starts to adjust and control the temperature, Humidity and ozone concentration of the studio.
4. During the test, the test data can be monitored in real time by the controller, such as the set value, the measured value, and the running time.
5. The test will automatically stop after reaching the set time, or interrupt the operation as required.
6. After the test, the sample was taken out for performance evaluation.
Notice
* Power supply voltage of the device is AC380V, please make sure the power supply matches.
The humidifier water tank needs to ensure that the water volume is sufficient, and pay attention to the water shortage alarm prompt.
* Before the equipment runs, please check the sealing of the system pipeline (the factory has carried out a leak test for ventilation and pressure for 48 hours).
* Ozone is a strong oxidation agent. After the test, ensure that the ozone is fully analyzed or discharged before opening the box door.
* When placing the sample, be careful not to block the gas flow path to ensure uniformity of concentration.
Regularly maintain the refrigeration system, heating system and ozone generator to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
