Overview
HZAOC QL-010 ozone aging test chamber is used for checking aging test of Non-metallic materials and Rubber when exposed to closed and containing certain ozone concentration and thermostatic environment. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel plate, and the outer tank is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which has a clean texture.
2. Adopt true color LCD Touchscreen controller, full Chinese menu operation, minimum Display resolution temperature 0.1 ℃, Humidity 0.1%, ozone concentration 0.1pphm.
3. Control system using Schneider, Honeywell electrical components, with continuous PID control, program operation, information port connection, power failure recovery settings and other functions.
4. Real-time display of operating data, program names can be written, and the fault number can be displayed for easy search.
5. Using independent ozone concentration controller and Sensor, long-term stability without drift.
6. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating electric heater, which is independent of high temperature and does not affect the Miscellaneous test.
7. The humidification system adopts an external boiler steam humidifier, with automatic water level compensation and water shortage alarm.
8. The refrigeration system adopts a fully enclosed French Taikang Compressor, an environmentally friendly refrigerant, and the system pipeline is tested for 48 hours after ventilation and pressure.
9. Dehumidification system adopts evaporator coil dewpoint temperature laminar flow contact Dehumidification mode.
Principle
The test chamber generates a set concentration of ozone through an ozone generator, exposing the specimen to it in a closed chamber environment with constant temperature and humidity. Control systems precisely adjust temperature, Humidity and ozone concentration to simulate aging conditions to test the ozone-resistant checking performance of Non-metallic materials and Rubbers.

Steps
1. Install the specimen (statically stretchable, with a manual stretching fixture) on the specimen rack.
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity, ozone concentration, time and other test parameters through the 7-inch true color LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Start the equipment, the test chamber starts to run, the sample rack swirls/spins at 1~ 2rpm Rotation speed, and the gas Flow velocity is 8~ 16mm/s.
4. The equipment runs according to the set program and displays the test data in real time.
5. After the test reaches the set time, the sample is taken out for observation and evaluation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is AC380V, please make sure the power supply matches.
• The humidifier needs to pay attention to the water level, and the water shortage alarm system will prompt.
• Before running, please confirm that the program is set correctly, including temperature, Humidity, ozone concentration and running time.
• When the equipment malfunctions, please check the cause according to the fault number displayed by the controller.
• The sample state is static stretching, and the included 8 sets of manual stretching fixtures can be used.
• The device has a variety of alarm functions (such as absolute value alarm, deviation alarm), please pay attention to the prompt information.
