Overview
The HZAOC RLH-50 hot air aging box is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products. The equipment adopts High Accuracy Control System and Independent Heating and Ventilation System to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test.
Features
1. The shell is processed by A3 steel plate numerical control machine tool, the liner is good stainless steel plate, the thermal insulation material is high density fiberglass cotton, Film thickness 150mm.
2. Stir system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation, automatic control of ventilation system and adjustable ventilation volume.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are completely independent.
5. Temperature control output power is calculated by microcomputer to achieve High Accuracy and Effective Power Efficiency.
6. The control system adopts High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller and imported time relay, and H, M, S can be set arbitrarily.
7. Electrical components use the "Schneider" brand and domestic familiar brands.
8. The protection system includes overheating, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, timing, leakage, operation instructions, and automatic shutdown after fault alarm.
Principle
The hot air aging box is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating electric heating wire, and the fan forced circulation mode is used to achieve uniform temperature distribution. The ventilation system forcibly enters the air through the fan, adjusts the flow meter to automatically control the ventilation volume, and the sample holder can be swirl/spin to ensure test uniformity. Temperature and time are precisely controlled by a microcomputer and a High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 380V three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the temperature range, time parameters and ventilation through the operation panel.
3. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and the sample holder automatically swirls/spins.
4. Monitor the operating status of the equipment to ensure that the protection system is functioning properly.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Power frequency meets 380V three-phase five-wire system requirements.
• Check whether the protection system function is normal before operation.
• Avoid running the equipment in an over-temperature or malfunctioning state.
Maintain electrical components and mechanical components regularly.
• Do not open the box door at will during the test to prevent temperature fluctuations.
