Features
1. The shell is processed by A3 steel plate numerical control machine tool, the liner is a good stainless steel plate, the thermal insulation material is made of high-density fiberglass cotton, and the thermal insulation layer Film thickness is 150mm.
2. Stir system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation, automatic control of ventilation system and adjustable ventilation volume.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are completely independent systems.
5. Temperature control output power is calculated by microcomputer to achieve High Accuracy and Effective Electricity Efficiency.
6. The control system adopts High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller, time control adopts imported time relay, and H, M, S can be set arbitrarily.
7. Electrical components use the "Schneider" brand and domestic familiar brands.
8. The rotation, ventilation system, and heating system of the sample holder are independently controlled by the operation panel switch.
9. The protection system includes overall equipment overtemperature, fan overheating protection, underphase/reverse phase protection, timing, leakage, operation instructions, automatic shutdown after fault alarm, etc.
Principle
The hot air aging box is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating electric heating wire, and the fan forced circulation mode is used to achieve uniform temperature distribution. The ventilation system is automatically controlled, and the ventilation volume is adjustable by adjusting the flow rate of the flowmeter. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor swirl/spin to ensure uniform heating and aging of the sample.
Applications
Non-metallic materials heat resistance test, electronic parts, plasticized products air aging test
Standards

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device and check whether the electrical system is normal.
2. Set the temperature control parameters and use the High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller for temperature setting.
3. Set the time control parameters, and set H, M, and S at any time through the imported time relay.
4. Start the heating system and use Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire to heat up.
5. Start the Stir system and use a high-power long-axis fan motor to force air circulation.
6. Start the sample holder swirl/spin, and drive the turntable to rotate by the geared motor.
7. Set ventilation system parameters, adjust ventilation time and ventilation volume.
8. Monitor Equipment Operation, Observe Temperature Fluctuation, Uniformity and Protection System Status.
9. After the test is completed, turn off the heating, Stir and ventilation systems, and finally turn off the power.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V three-phase five-wire system to ensure electrical safety.
• Pay attention to temperature control during operation to avoid overheating causing the equipment protection system to operate.
• Regularly check the fan and heating system to prevent overheating or malfunction.
• When adjusting the ventilation system, the ventilation volume and time should be set according to the test requirements.
• Make sure the specimen is firmly fixed when swirling/spinning the sample holder to avoid peeling.
• Immediately stop the machine for inspection when the equipment malfunctions and alarms to avoid further damage.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to prevent the risk of leakage.
