Overview
The HZAOC RLH-150 hot air aging box is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products. The equipment adopts High Accuracy Control System and Independent Heating and Ventilation System to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test.
Features
1. The shell adopts A3 steel plate numerical control processing, the liner is stainless steel, the insulation layer is high density fiberglass cotton, Film thickness 150mm.
2. Stir system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation.
3. The ventilation system is automatically controlled, and the ventilation volume is adjustable.
4. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
5. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are completely independent.
6. Temperature control is calculated by microcomputer to achieve High Accuracy and Effective Electricity Efficiency.
7. The control system adopts High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller and imported time relay, and the electrical components are made of Schneider and other brands.
8. The protection system includes over-temperature, fan overheating, under-phase/reverse-phase, timing, leakage, operation indication and fault alarm automatic shutdown.
Principle
The hot air aging box is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire, and the temperature output power is controlled by a microcomputer to achieve accurate heating. Stir system uses fan forced circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The ventilation system is automatically controlled by fan forced air intake and flow meter adjustment. Sample holder swirl/spin to enhance test uniformity.

Steps
1. Set the temperature control parameters and use the Touchscreen temperature controller to adjust the temperature range.
2. Set the time control, and adjust the H, M, and S at any time through the time relay.
3. Adjust the ventilation system, set the ventilation time and ventilation volume.
4. Start the sample holder swirl/spin function to ensure uniform testing.
5. Turn on the heating and ventilation system and start the aging test.
6. Monitor equipment operation and observe protection system instructions.
Notice
• Pay attention to over-temperature and fan overheating protection when the equipment is running.
• Make sure the power supply is 380V three-phase five-wire system to avoid underphase/reverse phase.
• Regularly check electrical components to prevent leakage.
• The equipment will automatically shut down after the fault alarm, which needs to be dealt with in time.
• The ventilation volume and time settings need to be adjusted according to the test requirements.
