Overview
HZAOC RLH-225 hot air aging box is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products. The equipment adopts High Accuracy Control System and Independent Heating and Ventilation System to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test.
Features
1. The shell is processed by A3 steel plate numerical control machine tool, the liner is good stainless steel plate, the thermal insulation material is high density fiberglass cotton, Film thickness 150mm.
2. Stir system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation, automatic control of ventilation system and adjustable ventilation volume.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system uses Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are completely independent.
5. Temperature control output power is calculated by microcomputer to achieve High Accuracy and Effective Power Efficiency.
6. The control system adopts High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller and imported time relay, and the electrical components are made of Schneider and other brands.
7. The protection system includes automatic shutdown after overheating, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, timing, leakage, operation instructions, and fault alarms.
Principle
The hot air aging box is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire, and the temperature output power is controlled by a microcomputer to achieve accurate heating. The Stir system uses fan forced circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The ventilation system automatically controls the ventilation volume and time through fan forced air intake and flow meter adjustment. The sample holder can be swirl/spin to simulate actual aging conditions.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device and check whether the electrical system is normal.
2. Set the required temperature, time and ventilation parameters through the Touchscreen thermostat.
3. Start the heating system, and the device automatically heats up to the set temperature.
4. Start the Stir system and ventilation system to ensure air circulation and ventilation.
5. Place the sample on the swirl/spin sample holder and start the swirl/spin function.
6. Monitor the operation of the equipment and automatically shut down if there is any abnormality.
7. After the test is completed, turn off the heating, Stir and ventilation systems, remove the sample and power off.
Notice
Equipment should be used under the rated voltage of 380V three-phase five-wire system to avoid overload.
Before operation, check whether the protection system is normal, such as over-temperature and leakage protection.
- Ensure uniform sample placement to avoid affecting Temperature Uniformity.
The ventilation volume and time settings need to be adjusted according to the test requirements to avoid excessive ventilation.
Do not open the box door at will during the operation of the equipment to prevent temperature fluctuations.
Regularly maintain electrical components and mechanical components to ensure long-term stable operation.
- Immediately stop the machine for inspection when the fault alarm occurs, and then start it after troubleshooting the problem.
