Overview
Hot air aging box (model: RLH-250) is suitable for the heat resistance test of Non-metallic materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products. The equipment adopts advanced control system and structural design to ensure High Accuracy and reliability.
Features
1. The shell adopts A3 steel plate numerical control processing, liner is good stainless steel plate, insulation layer is high density fiberglass cotton, Film thickness 150mm.
2. Stir system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation, automatic control of ventilation system and adjustable ventilation volume.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system uses Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are completely independent.
5. Temperature control output power is calculated by microcomputer to achieve High Accuracy and Effective Power Efficiency.
6. The control system adopts High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller, imported time relay, and the electrical components are "Schneider" and domestic familiar brands.
7. The protection system includes over-temperature, fan overheating, under-phase/reverse-phase, timing, leakage, operation indication and fault alarm automatic shutdown.
Principle
The equipment is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the fan forced circulation mode is used to achieve uniform temperature distribution. The ventilation system is automatically controlled, and forced ventilation is achieved by adjusting the flow rate of the flowmeter. The sample holder can be swirled/spun to ensure uniform heating of the specimen. Temperature and time are precisely controlled by High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller and imported time relay.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device and check whether the voltage is 380V three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the temperature range (RT + 10~ 300 ℃), time (1~ 9999 s/m/h adjustable) and ventilation parameters (time 1~ 99 s/m/h adjustable, ventilation 8~ 20 times/hour) through the operation panel.
Start the heating system and observe the heating rate (3 to 5 ° C/min).
4. Turn on the sample holder swirl/spin function (rotational speed 10rpm) to ensure that the sample is evenly heated.
5. Monitor Temperature Fluctuation ( +/- 0.5 ° C at no load) and Uniformity (+/- 1 ° C), adjust ventilation system if necessary.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the heating and swirling/spinning system, and turn off the power after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
- Power frequency is 380V three-phase five-wire system before use to avoid underphase or reverse phase.
When the equipment is running, pay attention to over-temperature and fan overheating protection. If there is any fault alarm, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Regularly check electrical components and insulation layers to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
- When adjusting the ventilation system, pay attention to the setting of the flowmeter to prevent the ventilation volume from being too large or too small.
- When swirling/spinning the sample holder, ensure that the load is uniform and avoid damage to the equipment due to imBalance.
- Equipment liner size is 500 * 600 * 750mm, do not overload.
Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to prevent the risk of leakage.
