Overview
HZAOC RLH-500 hot air aging box is a equipment for non-metallic material heat resistance test and electronic parts, plasticized products ventilation aging test. The box body adopts A3 steel shell and stainless steel liner, and is equipped with high-density fiberglass cotton insulation layer to ensure efficient thermal insulation performance.
Features
1. The shell adopts A3 steel plate numerical control processing, the liner is stainless steel plate, and the insulation layer Film thickness is 150mm.
2. Stir system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system adopts Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are independently controlled.
5. Temperature Control Calculated by Microcomputer for High Accuracy and Efficient Electricity Consumption.
6. The control system adopts High Accuracy Touchscreen Temperature Controller and Imported Time Relay.
7. Electrical components are made of well-known brands such as Schneider.
8. The protection system includes automatic shutdown protection such as overtemperature, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, timing, and leakage.
Principle
The equipment is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire, and the temperature output power is controlled by a microcomputer to achieve accurate heating. The Stir system uses a fan to force circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The ventilation system is automatically controlled, and the ventilation volume and time can be adjusted. The sample holder is swirled/spun by a geared motor to simulate the aging environment.
Applications
Non-metallic materials heat resistance test, electronic parts, plasticized products air aging test
Standards
GB/T3512-2001、JB/T7444、IEC540
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the temperature, time and ventilation parameters.
2. Start the equipment, the heating system starts working, and the sample holder swirls/spins.
3. Monitor temperature fluctuations and uniformity to ensure compliance with set values.
4. After the test is completed, the equipment will automatically shut down and alarm.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V three-phase five-wire system before running the equipment.
• Avoid over-temperature operation to prevent damage to the equipment.
• Regularly maintain fans and electrical components to ensure normal operation.
• Immediately stop the machine for inspection when the fault alarm occurs.
• The ventilation volume and time settings need to be adjusted according to the test requirements.
