Overview
HZAOC RLH-800 hot air aging box is a kind of equipment used for non-metallic material heat resistance test and electronic parts and plasticized products ventilation aging test. The box body adopts A3 steel shell and stainless steel liner, and is equipped with high-density fiberglass cotton insulation layer to ensure efficient heat insulation.
Features
1. The shell adopts A3 steel plate numerical control processing, the liner is stainless steel plate, and the insulation layer Film thickness is 150mm.
2. Stir system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation.
3. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
4. The heating system uses Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and ventilation are independent.
5. Temperature control is calculated by microcomputer to achieve High Accuracy and Effective Electricity Efficiency.
6. The control system adopts High Accuracy Touchscreen Temperature Controller and Imported Time Relay.
7. Electrical components are made of Schneider and well-known domestic brands.
8. The protection system includes over-temperature, fan overheating, under-phase/reverse-phase, timing, leakage, operation indication and fault alarm automatic shutdown.
Principle
The equipment is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire, and the temperature output power is controlled by a microcomputer to achieve accurate heating. Stir system uses fan forced circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution. Automatic control of ventilation system, adjustable ventilation volume and time, sample holder swirl/spin to promote uniform aging.
Applications
Non-metallic materials heat resistance test, electronic parts, plasticized products air aging test
Standards
GB/T3512-2001、JB/T7444、IEC540
Steps
1. Set the temperature control parameters.
2. Adjust the ventilation time and ventilation volume.
3. Start the sample holder swirl/spin.
4. Turn on the heating and ventilation system.
5. Monitor the operating status to ensure that the protection system is functioning properly.
Notice
• Power frequency is 380V three-phase five-wire system.
• Avoid over-temperature operation to prevent damage to the equipment.
• Regularly maintain fans and electrical components.
• Immediately stop the machine for inspection when the fault alarm occurs.
• Ensure that the ventilation system flow is adjusted correctly.
