Overview
HZAOC RLH-010 hot air aging box is a special equipment for non-metallic material heat resistance test and electronic parts, plasticized products ventilation aging test. The box adopts A3 steel shell and stainless steel liner, and is equipped with high-density fiberglass cotton insulation layer to ensure efficient thermal insulation performance.
Features
1. The shell adopts A3 steel plate numerical control processing, the liner is stainless steel plate, and the insulation layer is 150mm high-density fiberglass cotton.
2. Stir system adopts high-power long-axis fan motor, high-temperature resistant stainless steel shaft and impeller to realize intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation.
3. The ventilation system is automatically controlled, and the ventilation volume is adjustable.
4. The sample holder is driven by a geared motor and can be swirled/spun.
5. The heating system uses Far infrared nickel alloy high-speed heating wire to heat up and ventilate independently.
6. Temperature Control Calculated by Microcomputer for High Accuracy and Efficient Electricity Consumption.
7. The control system adopts High Accuracy Touchscreen temperature controller and imported time relay, and the electrical components are well-known brands such as Schneider.
8. The protection system includes over-temperature, fan overheating, under-phase/reverse-phase, timing, leakage, operation indication and fault alarm automatic shutdown.
Principle
The equipment is heated by Far infrared nickel alloy electric heating wire, and the temperature output power is precisely controlled by the microcomputer to achieve rapid heating. The Stir system adopts fan forced circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution; the ventilation system automatically adjusts the ventilation volume and time, and the sample holder swirl/spin to simulate the aging environment, so as to complete the material heat resistance and aging test.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 380V three-phase five-wire system.
2. Set the temperature, time and ventilation parameters through the operation panel.
3. Start the equipment, heating system and Stir system to start working.
4. The sample is placed on the swirl/spin sample rack, and the equipment automatically runs the aging test.
5. Monitor the operating status and automatically shut down the equipment after the test is completed.
Notice
• Check the power supply and grounding before the equipment runs to ensure safety.
• Temperature range RT + 10~ 300 ℃ should not be exceeded when setting parameters.
• Regularly clean the liner and sample holder to avoid contamination affecting the test results.
In case of malfunction alarm during operation, immediately stop the machine and check the protection system.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair electrical components without authorization.
