Overview
HZAOC GWX-50 high-temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, the size is 200 × 300mm, and it is equipped with a built-in special heating wire to prevent frost and a lighting lamp.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber low foam stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. There is an air conditioning cabinet at the back of the studio, with built-in electric heaters, fans and other equipment.
6. The temperature sensor is trending.
Principle
The equipment generates heat through the electric heater in the air conditioning cabinet, and the fan drives the airflow to circulate in the studio to achieve precise control of the temperature in the box. The temperature sensor is placed in trend, monitors the temperature in real time and feeds back to the Control system to ensure uniform and stable temperature.

Steps
Connect the power supply (380V +/- 10%).
Control system to set the target temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ℃), heating rate (1.0~ 3.0 ℃/min) and timing time (0~ 999 H/M/S).
3. Start the equipment, the heating system and the circulating fan start working.
4. After the equipment runs to a set time or condition, it can be stopped manually or automatically.
5. After the test, wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before opening the door for sampling.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is 380V +/- 10%, please ensure that the power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Do not open the box door frequently during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect the temperature stability and equipment life.
• When placing the sample, do not block the trend and back trend to ensure Temperature Uniformity.
• After the test, you must wait until the temperature in the box has dropped sufficiently to close to room temperature before opening the door to prevent burns or Thermal Shock from causing the Glass observation window to break.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition to ensure the sealing performance.
• The total power of the equipment is 3~ 13.5KW, please ensure that the power supply line capacity is sufficient.
• When using the test hole, please use the matching silicone rubber stopper, plug it back in time after the test to maintain the thermal insulation effect.
