HZAOC GWX-150 high-temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, which has good sealing performance.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in special heating wire to prevent frost, and equipped with lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The back of the studio is equipped with an air-conditioning cabinet, integrated with electric heaters, fans, and other equipment.
6. The temperature sensor is trending.
Principle
The device generates heat through an electric heater in the air-conditioning cabinet, and the fan drives the air flow to circulate in the studio to achieve precise control of the temperature in the box. The temperature sensor is placed to monitor the temperature trend, and the Control system adjusts the heating output according to the difference between the set value and the actual value to achieve and maintain the set high temperature environment.

Steps
Connect the device to a 380V +/- 10% power supply.
2. Control system to set the required Temperature range (RT + 10~ 200 ℃) and heating rate (1.0~ 3.0 ℃/min).
3. Set the Timer Range (0~ 999 H/M/S) as required.
4. Place the sample in the studio (size 500 * 500 * 600mm).
5. Start the equipment and start the test.
6. During the test, the sample can be observed through an observation window (size 200 x 300mm).
7. After the test, remove the sample according to the procedures.
Notice
• The total power of the equipment is 3~ 13.5KW, please ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
• Pay attention to the Temperature range of the equipment, do not exceed the limit of RT + 10~ 200 ℃.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting Temperature Uniformity (≤ +/- 2 ° C) and Fluctuation (≤ +/- 0.5 ° C).
• When using the test hole, please pay attention to the sealing and insulation of the stopper.
• Regularly check the working status of sealing strips, heaters and fans.
