Overview
HZAOC GWX-225 high-temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, which has good sealing performance.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with a size of 200 × 300mm, with a built-in special heating wire to prevent frost, and a lighting lamp.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber low foam stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The back of the box studio is equipped with an air conditioning cabinet with built-in electric heaters, fans, fan volutes and other equipment.
6. The temperature sensor is trending.
Principle
The equipment generates heat through the electric heater in the air conditioning cabinet, and the fan drives the air flow to circulate in the studio to achieve temperature control. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, monitors the temperature in real time and feeds back to the Control system to maintain the set temperature environment.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested in the studio.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. Power on (380V +/- 10%).
4. Control system to set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 200 ℃), heating rate (1.0~ 3.0 ℃/min) and timing time (0~ 999 H/M/S).
5. Start the equipment and start the test.
6. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the observation window and lighting, and test holes can be used if necessary.
7. After the test, stop the equipment and remove the sample according to the procedures.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 380V +/- 10%, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• When placing the sample, do not block the trend or affect the air circulation.
• When closing the box door, please check whether the sealing strip is in good condition to ensure sealing.
• When running at high temperature, do not touch the surface of the box to prevent burns.
• After using the test hole, please plug the silicone rubber plug in time to keep the temperature in the box stable.
• Regularly check all components of the equipment, such as heaters, fans, etc., to ensure normal operation.
