Overview
HZAOC GWX-250 high-temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, which has good sealing performance.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered Hollow Glass, with a size of 200 × 300mm, with a built-in special heating wire to prevent frost, and a lighting lamp.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber low foam stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The back of the box studio is equipped with an air conditioning cabinet with built-in electric heaters, fans and other equipment.
6. The temperature sensor is trending.
Principle
The equipment heats the air through the electric heater in the air conditioning cabinet, and the fan drives the air flow to circulate inside the studio to achieve a uniform temperature environment. The temperature sensor monitors the trend temperature in real time, and the Control system adjusts the Heating power according to the difference between the set value and the actual value, so as to precisely control the temperature in the box.

Steps
Connect the device to a 380V +/- 10% power supply.
2. Set the required temperature target value (RT + 10~ 200 ° C), heating rate (1.0~ 3.0 ° C/min) and timing time (0~ 999 H/M/S) through the controller.
3. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and the fan circulates the airflow.
4. After the equipment runs to a set time or temperature, it can be automatically stopped or manually stopped.
5. After the test is completed, the sample can be taken out after the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range.
Notice
* The device needs to use 380V +/- 10% power supply, please make sure the power supply matches.
Do not open the door frequently during the operation of the equipment to avoid affecting the temperature stability and possibly causing burns.
* When placing the sample, do not block the trend and back trend to ensure Temperature Uniformity.
* The total power of the equipment is 3~ 13.5KW, please ensure that the load capacity of the power supply line is sufficient.
After the test, the temperature in the box may still be very high. When taking out the sample, it is necessary to take good protection to avoid burns.
* Regularly check whether the door silicone rubber sealing strip is in good condition to ensure the sealing performance.
