Overview
HZAOC GWX-500 high-temperature test chamber is suitable for adaptability testing of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and their materials when stored, transported and used in high temperature environment, as well as temperature gradual change test. Stress screening test can also be performed on electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass with a size of 200 × 300mm, with a built-in special heating wire to prevent frost, and a lighting lamp.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber low foam stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The back of the box studio is equipped with an air conditioning cabinet with built-in electric heaters, fans, fan volutes and other equipment.
6. The temperature sensor is trending.
Principle
The equipment generates heat through the electric heater in the air conditioning cabinet, and the fan drives the air flow to circulate inside the studio to achieve precise control of the temperature in the box. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, monitors the temperature in real time and feeds back to the Control system to ensure uniform and stable temperature.
