HZAOC GWX-010 high-temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test of electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, the size is 200 × 300mm, the built-in special heating wire is surrounded to prevent frost, and there is a lighting lamp.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber low foam stopper, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The back of the box studio is equipped with an air conditioning cabinet with built-in electric heaters, fans, fan volutes and other equipment.
6. The temperature sensor is trending.
Principle
The equipment generates heat through the electric heater in the air conditioning cabinet, and the fan drives the air flow to circulate in the studio to achieve precise control of the temperature in the box. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, monitors the temperature in real time and feeds back to the Control system to maintain the set temperature environment.
