Overview
The DHG-9620 electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment with a volume of 40 liters, 100 liters, 140 liters, 220 liters and other specifications, which is beautiful and practical. The shell is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plating, the liner is lame plating high temperature silver powder paint or stainless steel plate, and it has two to four shelves. The door is equipped with double-decked Glass observation window, which has good temperature insulation sealing performance. The operating parts are concentrated in front of the box for easy use.

1. Provide a variety of volume specifications (such as 30L, 70L, 140L, 225L) and liner material (painted or stainless steel) selection.
2. Adopt microcomputer smart digital temperature control instrument, with progressive heating, self-tuning function, high temperature control accuracy, inhibit temperature overshoot.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan starts, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, flows through the work room to be dried and then sucked by the fan, forming a continuous hot air circulation, so that the temperature in the box reaches a uniform and constant state.

It is suitable for laboratory, scientific research, industrial production and other fields that require drying, baking, heat treatment and aging tests.
Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply (~ 220V 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature (range RT + 10~ 300 ° C) and timing time (1-9999 minutes) through the thermostat in front of the box.
4. Turn on the power switch, and the fan and heating system start working.
5. Put the items to be disposed of on the shelf in the studio and close the box door.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window.
7. After reaching the set time or temperature, the device may automatically stop heating (depending on the setting), remove the item, and turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well ventilated and away from flammable and explosive environment.
• Do not place flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items in the box.
• When placing items, do not block the air duct outlet to ensure normal hot air circulation.
When picking up or cleaning, make sure the equipment is powered off and chilled down to a safe temperature.
• During operation, do not switch the door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and equipment life.
• If optional RS-485 Communication interface, please follow the instructions to connect and set.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition to ensure the temperature insulation effect.
