Overview
The DHG-9203A electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a 225-liter volume laboratory equipment. The shell is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plated, and the liner is made of stainless steel. The box has a double-decked Glass observation window and a heat-resistant sealing structure, and the operating parts are concentrated on the front panel. It uses a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument with High Accuracy Temperature Control and Temperature Protection.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan starts at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is forcibly discharged through the air duct. After the hot air flows through the drying items in the working room, it is sucked by the fan to form a continuous cycle of hot air, so that the temperature in the working room is uniform and constant at the set value.

It is suitable for fields that require thermostatic drying, baking, heat treatment and other experimental or production links.
Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and the fan starts to work.
3. Set the required temperature and time through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Put the items to be processed on the shelf in the studio and close the box door.
5. The device starts to work and automatically stops or alarms after reaching the set time.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated and stable place.
• Do not put flammable and explosive materials for drying.
• When taking and placing items, please pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns.
• Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition to ensure the thermal insulation effect.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• If there is a fault alarm, please cut off the power supply first, and then contact a professional for maintenance.
