Overview
The DHG-9623A electric thermostatic blower drying oven is a laboratory equipment with a volume of 40 liters, 100 liters, 140 liters or 220 liters. The shell is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plated. The liner can be selected from lame plating high temperature silver powder paint or stainless steel plate. The cabinet is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window and heat-resistant sealing strips, and the operating parts are concentrated in the front panel. The core system consists of an electric heater, a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, a fan and an air duct. Uniform heating and thermostatic are achieved through forced convection cycles.

Principle
When the drying oven is working, the fan and the electric heater start at the same time after the power is turned on. The fan drives the air flow, sending the heat generated by the electric heater into the studio through a specific air duct. After the hot air exchanges with the drying items in the box, it is sucked by the fan to form a continuous forced convection cycle. The microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument monitors the temperature in real time, and precisely controls the Heating power through progressive heating and self-tuning functions, so that the temperature of the studio reaches the set value and remains uniform and stable.

It is suitable for laboratories, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises and other fields that require drying, heat treatment, aging test, thermostatic fostering, etc.
Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
3. Turn on the power switch and the fan starts to work.
4. Set the required temperature (range RT + 10~ 300 ° C) and timing time (1-9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
5. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the studio and close the box door.
6. The equipment starts to heat up and run, and automatically thermostatic after reaching the set temperature.
7. After the timing is over, the device automatically stops heating, or manually turns off the power.
8. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, remove the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a drying, ventilated, non-corrosion gas environment.
• The items in the box should not be placed too tightly to ensure smooth air circulation.
• When taking and placing items, please pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns.
• Prohibit stoving flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion substances.
• Before use, check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (220V 50Hz).
• Regularly clean the inside of the box to maintain hygiene.
• If there is a fault alarm, please cut off the power supply first, and then contact a professional for maintenance.
• When not in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply.
