Overview
The DHG-9071 electric thermostatic drying oven is a 70 liter volume blast drying equipment, which is beautiful and practical. The shell is welded with good steel plate and the surface is lame plated. The liner is sprayed with high temperature resistant silver paint plate and has a shelf. The box door is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window, and there is a temperature insulation sealing between the studio and the box door. The operating parts are concentrated in the front of the box body for easy use.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan starts at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, flows through the work room to be dried and then sucked into the fan, forming a continuous cycle of hot air, so that the temperature in the box is uniform and constant at the set value.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature and time through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Start the equipment, and the fan and heating system start working.
4. After the work is completed, turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (220V 50Hz).
• When the equipment is working, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity.
• Do not put flammable and explosive items in the box for drying.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet of the air duct to ensure the normal circulation of hot air.
• The device has a temperature tracking alarm function, please pay attention to the alarm prompt.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning.
